A: We can usually book you within one day of your party. However, to make sure you get the bounce house or water slide you want, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.
A: We know that sometimes you may still want your bounce house or water slide even if it rains (especially water slides since the kids will get wet anyway). So, we can usually still set it up, even if it’s raining. However, we also offer a flexible weather cancellation policy—just contact us before setup for a refund or reschedule.
A: Absolutely. All our units are cleaned, inspected, and properly staked down for maximum safety.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we will reschedule you or refund your deposit.
